I want a long hug filled with love and meaning

If you want to make a change in this world, then do it. Don’t just sit back and watch someone destroy a life. Don’t sit back and judge someone. Don’t sit back and make fun of someone. Stand up for someone because I know if you were in his or her situation you would want someone to stand up for you too. Stand up and fight for a life. Make someone’s day better. You seem someone in the hallway down and depressed, smile at them, say hi, and compliment them. Save a life, don’t destroy one. See someone having a hard day, smile at them or sit down and have a conversation with them. You could be saving a life at that very moment. It’s the little things that count. You don’t have to do something huge to save someone. It could be the smallest thing that you could do that will save them. Especially the people who have a disability or an illness, say hi to them. I bet that would make their day. Don’t make it harder. I bet their morning was already hard enough. Save a life, don’t ruin one.
